AgentRouter SDK License​

1. Definitions​

"Software" means the AgentRouter SDK and any related documentation, examples, and assets provided in this repository and website.

"Commercial Use" means using the Software to build, deploy, or operate applications, services, or solutions for commercial purposes.

"Competitive Product" means any software, framework, or service that directly competes with AgentRouter as a multi-agent orchestration framework or provides substantially similar functionality.

2. License Grant​

Subject to these terms, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Permitted Uses:​

  • Use the Software freely for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:
    • Building commercial applications and services using AgentRouter
    • Deploying AgentRouter in production environments
    • Integrating AgentRouter into commercial products
    • Using AgentRouter for research and development
    • Implementing solutions for any commercial, research, or production use case

Attribution:​

  • When using the Software in commercial products, appropriate attribution to AgentRouter is appreciated but not required.

3. Restrictions​

You may NOT:

  • Create Competitive Products: Use the Software's source code, architecture, design patterns, or workflow as the basis for creating competitive multi-agent orchestration frameworks or substantially similar products.
  • Fork for Competition: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software itself for the purpose of creating a competing product.
  • Redistribute Modified Versions: Distribute modified versions of the AgentRouter SDK source code.
  • Misrepresent Origin: Claim that your derivative or competitive product is the original AgentRouter or is endorsed by the AgentRouter team.

4. Clarifications​

  • You CAN use AgentRouter to build ANY type of commercial application or service
  • You CAN modify the Software for your internal use in implementing solutions
  • You CAN use AgentRouter in production environments without restriction
  • You CANNOT take the AgentRouter source code and create a competing orchestration framework
  • You CANNOT use the Software's implementation details as inspiration for competitive products

5. Ownership​

The Software is licensed, not sold. UltraSafe AI Team retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

6. Termination​

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control. However, any commercial products or services you have already built using the Software in compliance with this license may continue to operate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty​

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability​

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Summary​

✅ You are free to:

  • Use AgentRouter for ANY commercial purpose
  • Build commercial products and services with AgentRouter
  • Deploy AgentRouter in production environments
  • Integrate AgentRouter into your applications
  • Use AgentRouter for research and development

❌ You cannot:

  • Create competing orchestration frameworks based on AgentRouter's code
  • Fork and modify AgentRouter to create competitive products
  • Use AgentRouter's source code as inspiration for competitive products
